To use: 

• Apply a thin coat over the entire nail.

• Cure for 60 seconds.

• For isolated chrome designs, apply a non-wipe product as directed (we recommend Pregel Non-Wipe Art Clear Gel for 3D chrome looks) before buffing on chrome powder.

• Wipe away excess chrome powder before sealing with your top coat of choice.
