Pregel Matte Top Coat

This wipe-off type matte top gel leaves an even, frosted glass-like texture. Perfect for when the look calls for a flat, graphic effect.

How to use:

1. Stir before use for best results

2. Apply a thin coat after applying base and color

3. Cure for 30 seconds LED, 60 seconds UV

4. Wipe with 99% alcohol to reveal texture

5. If using for colored pencil art, draw directly onto the frosted surface before following with another coat of desired top coat.
